The TLS certificates deployed on the new G5 URLs for both MQTT and HTTP connections expired and an internal renewal process failed leading to these expired certificates remaining deployed on these URLs unexpectedly. Once the issue was identified the ClearBlade DevOps team quickly deployed valid TLS certificates on the G5 URLs and returning service to normal. In addition, our DevOps team is putting a number of redundant processes and alerts in place to ensure this cannot happen again.
